Personal Use License – Players and NFT holders are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access, play, and use related digital assets for personal enjoyment.
Restrictions – You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the software or NFTs outside of permitted use cases (e.g., reselling NFTs on supported marketplaces).
Community Content – Contributions to community servers, mods, or fan works must comply with AttemptedAirStudios’ Community Guidelines (no hate speech, harassment, or harmful content).
Termination – AttemptedAirStudios reserves the right to revoke access for violations of these terms.
Jurisdiction – These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
